Will it fit my chairs?
If your seat is 15 to 17.5 inches wide and 15 to 17.5 inches deep, and your backrest is 17.5 to 19.5 inches tall, it will fit. The spandex gives enough stretch to handle small variations either side of that. Measure before you order — it takes thirty seconds and removes all the guesswork.
Does it cover the whole chair or just the seat?
The whole chair. It's a one-piece cover that goes over the backrest and down over the seat, so the back and the seat are both covered.
Will it fit a chair with arms?
No. These are made for armless dining chairs. A chair with arms needs a different cut, and this one won't sit correctly over them.
How many do I need?
One per chair. They're sold individually so you can buy exactly the number you have — most dining sets need four or six.
Will it slide when someone sits down?
The elasticated hem pulls in underneath the seat and holds it. On a very smooth or polished seat you may need to straighten it occasionally, but it won't shift through normal use.
How do I wash it?
Machine wash cool and air dry. Avoid a hot tumble dry, which shortens the life of the stretch fibres.
